Founded by Lucas Osmond in 2003, our company grew out of decades of hands-on experience in IT, broadcast audio, and digital media. From the start, we've been dedicated to solving real-world problems with practical tools, creative strategy, and a deep commitment to accessibility. Whether we're building a website, troubleshooting a network, or helping someone with a disability use technology more independently, our mission is the same: make it work, make it usable, and make it better.
We're a small but agile team that partners with clients of all sizes—from startups and nonprofits to long-established businesses. What sets us apart is how we work: no bloated jargon, no flashy tech for tech's sake. Just thoughtful, custom solutions built on real conversations, deep listening, and a clear understanding of each client's goals.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all anything.

My tech journey started in the early '90s in Madison, Wisconsin, solving IT challenges, creating media, and helping people navigate a rapidly evolving digital world. As someone living with disabilities, I've experienced firsthand how the right solutions can unlock independence. That perspective shapes everything we do at Osmond Technologies. Since co-founding the company in 2003, I've merged my love of audio with a drive to make technology accessible—producing media, building custom tools, and designing platforms that empower everyone.

I co-founded Osmond Technologies, LLC with Lucas in 2003, bringing more than four decades of technology leadership to the table. Long before “IT” became a cornerstone of modern business, I was working in it—and I went on to hold leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies, managing everything from workstation support to large-scale data centers and complex application deployments. That experience helped lay the foundation Osmond Technologies still stands on: solve real problems, and empower people through technology.
